PHASE 1:

3D MODELING

All products are pre-commissioning as 3D models, which give you a high level of secutiry as you cas see the entire construction before manufacture.

PHASE 2:

FUNCTION & CONTROL

We offer PI-D diagrams, which include a component list with functions and control signals. The control panel is produced, and the PLC is set with the parameters from the PI-D diagram programmed and can be connected to the SRO - SCADA system.

PHASE 3:

Installation

The pump station is based on a modular system that consists of technical building, concrete construction, pipe work, technical installation, insulation, power supply and control.

PHASE 4:

Delivery & Operation

The finished district heating station is delivered directly to the site as a “Plug & Play” installation and immediately ready for use.

We are able to supply flow capacities up to 5,400 m3/h, pressure ratings up to PN25 as well as temperature solutions below 150 degr. C.
