NSL Stainless Steel (Gas Exhaust Cleaning Pump)
Vertical In-line Centrifugal Pump
DN 65-400 | Up to 1,800 m3/h
Engineered for Corrosive and Demanding Applications
The DESMI NSL Stainless Steel pump is designed for marine and industrial applications where reliability, efficiency, and corrosion resistance are critical. Manufactured in Super Duplex stainless steel, the NSL range is particularly suited for handling aggressive fluids in exhaust gas cleaning systems, seawater applications, water treatment processes, and other demanding operating environments.
Combining high hydraulic efficiency with a robust and service-friendly design, the NSL pump delivers reliable long-term performance while helping reduce maintenance requirements and operating costs.
Key Benefits
- Super Duplex stainless steel construction for excellent corrosion resistance
- High hydraulic efficiency
- Low NPSH design
- Robust and reliable construction
- Easy installation and maintenance
- Suitable for aggressive and polluted liquids
- Available in self-priming configurations
Design Featues
The NSL is a vertical in-line, single-stage centrifugal pump with a radially split casing and connecting flanges according to international standards. The impeller features double-curved blades designed to achieve high efficiency and low NPSH requirements, while the robust bearing arrangement ensures reliable operation in demanding applications. The pump is equipped with a stainless steel shaft and mechanical shaft seal as standard.
Applications
- Exhaust gas cleaning circulation
- Chemical feed and transfer
- Water treatment systems
- Freshwater and seawater cooling
- Oil and gas / offshore applications
- Pharmaceutical processes
All pump sizes are available as self-priming pumps by means of a separate built-on air-operated ejector priming unit, or built-on priming pump.
