Decarbonizing the Global Maritime Industry

In June, we had the pleasure of inviting CEO at Maersk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping Bo Cerup-Simonsen to Donsö Shipping Meet in Sweden as Key Speaker. Bo has previously been Board Member of DESMI Ocean Guard A/S, developing, manufacturing and selling ballast water management systems.

When speaking to Bo we asked him a few questions, among others why it is so important to reduce the carbon emissions from shipping to net-zero. Thus, Bo gives his perspective on the future of zero carbon shipping and tells about important initiatives and work done by Maersk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping and other parties within the industry.
